Do you ship overseas?
We ship internationally to Canada only
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return/refund policy?
Please email us at email@example.com so we can evaluate and initiate the return/refund process.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and returned in the same condition you received it in. You must cover the shipping cost to return your item to our warehouse location.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Can I exchange my item(s)?

All items are exchangeable but must be unused.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email us at email@example.com so we can initiate the cancellation process.
You must cancel your order before it ships. If it has already shipped, you'll have to initiate a return.
Can I do in-person pickups?
In-person pick-up is by appointment only. We are located in Cerritos, CA.

Will I receive a confirmation email after I have placed my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation after making your purchase.
You'll then receive a separate email from the shipping company containing your tracking number.
How can I pay for my order?

How do I clean my cover?
For best results, use disinfecting wipes like barbicide wipes, cavi wipes, or Clorox wipes.
Please refrain from spraying your topper with disinfecting spray as it saturates your topper and can cause damage.
My package is lost. What can I do?
Once you have received a tracking number, the package is out of our hands and under the shipping company's responsibility.
You must reach out to the shipping company directly to inquire about your lost or damaged package.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
Please email us at email@example.com so we can evaluate the item and the damage.
You must report a damaged item right away.
